- How far in advance should I reserve transportation?
- The sooner the better for weddings, proms and large groups, which are usually reserved months ahead. Airport transportation is often arranged within the same week. If your date is close, call us — it's worth asking.
- How do I request a quote?
- Send us your trip details through the Request a Quote page or call us. We'll confirm the details, recommend a vehicle and send a written quote you can accept.
- Which airports do you serve?
- JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty and Long Island MacArthur, in both directions, for individuals, families and groups.
- Do you provide round-trip airport transportation?
- Yes. Round trips can be reserved at the same time, and the return leg can be scheduled up front or confirmed closer to your travel date.
- Do you provide early-morning and late-night transportation?
- Yes. Early departures and late arrivals are a normal part of airport work.
- What vehicles are available?
- Luxury sedans, executive SUVs, the Lincoln Navigator, 7-passenger and stretch limousines, executive Sprinters, passenger vans, party buses, minibuses and motor coaches. Availability varies by date and service requirements.
- Do you have Sprinters?
- Yes. Executive Sprinters are one of the most requested options for corporate groups, wedding parties and airport groups.
- Do you have buses for larger groups?
- Yes. Minibuses and motor coaches are available for larger groups and guest transportation.
- Can you accommodate wedding guests?
- Yes. Guest transportation between hotels, the ceremony and the reception is a standard part of our wedding work, usually with a minibus or coach on a set shuttle schedule.
- Can you accommodate multiple stops on a wedding day?
- Yes. We build the day around your timeline — the ceremony, photo locations, the reception and any transportation afterward.
- Can I request a specific vehicle?
- Yes. Tell us what you'd like when you request a quote and we'll confirm what's available for your date.
- Can you accommodate luggage?
- Yes. Tell us how many bags you're traveling with and we'll recommend a vehicle with the room for them.
- Do you provide corporate transportation?
- Yes. We handle executive travel, client transportation, airport transfers and hourly service for businesses.
- What areas do you serve?
- Suffolk County, Nassau County, the Hamptons, New York City and New Jersey.
