For parents
The questions we get asked are always the same: what time is pickup, who's driving, and how are they getting home. All three are answered in writing before the date, and you have a number to call on the night.
Pickups can be split across a few addresses, and the return is scheduled as part of the reservation — not left to be figured out at midnight.
For the group
Pick the vehicle that fits the group: a limousine for a smaller party, a Sprinter, party bus or minibus when there are more of you. Photos happen at the first pickup, which is usually the point.
Tell us the venue and the timing and we'll handle the route, including where the vehicle can actually stop at the school or hall.

- How early should we reserve prom transportation?
- Prom dates cluster, so the popular Fridays and Saturdays in spring book well in advance. Reserve as soon as your date is set.
- Who is the parent point of contact on the night?
- You'll have a phone number to reach us, and the pickup and return schedule is confirmed in writing before the date.
- Can you do multiple pickup addresses?
- Yes, within reason. Send us the addresses and we'll build a route and a schedule.
