The couple, the wedding party, immediate family and guests — moved between the hotel, the ceremony, photographs and the reception on a timeline we build with you in advance.
We plan the day before the day
Wedding transportation goes wrong for one reason: nobody wrote down the plan. So we do. Pickup addresses, times, who's in which vehicle, where photographs are happening, how long the gap is between the ceremony and the reception, and who needs a ride at the end of the night.
You get that timeline in writing. On the day, the chauffeurs work from it, and someone from the family isn't spending the morning coordinating cars.
The couple and the wedding party
A limousine or the Navigator for the couple, and a larger vehicle — often a Sprinter — to keep the wedding party together between locations. Bridesmaids, groomsmen and dresses fit better in one vehicle than in three cars trailing each other through traffic.
Family and guests
Parents and grandparents are usually happier with a door-to-door pickup than with parking at the venue. Guests coming from a hotel block are best served by a shuttle: a minibus or motor coach running a set schedule before and after the reception.
Guest transportation also solves the end of the night, which is the part most couples forget until it arrives.

- How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?
- Most couples reserve months ahead, particularly for peak-season Saturdays. If your date is close, call us and we'll tell you what's available.
- Can you handle multiple stops on the wedding day?
- Yes. Getting-ready locations, the ceremony, photo stops, the reception and transportation afterward can all be built into one timeline.
- Can you transport our guests?
- Yes. Guest transportation between hotels and the venue is usually run as a shuttle with a minibus or motor coach on a set schedule.
- Can we use more than one vehicle?
- Yes. A limousine for the couple and wedding party with a larger vehicle for family or guests is a common arrangement.
